Helpful Staff - well designed, clean room - good food - really comfy bed!
Excellent service and very accommodating and approachable staff
Ease of getting to Gatwick Airport - Clean Rooms - Quite good food -
This was the cheapest hotel that we had booked for our trip but we both feel that this one is the absolute winner!! Great hotel, clean, calm, nice room, great staff, good breakfast, cool bar downstairs, easy access, just great !!
Nothing, great hotel and staff !!
Excellent value for money. Good, clean accommodation.
Location - although close to Gatwick, it was located on a business park.
Location, price, good service,no hassle, excellent appearance and very comfortable
ATM machine out of action (shit happens)
Staff and particularly the management team were very polite and helpful
The shuttle bus did not turn to take us to the hotel, we were left waiting at gatwick airport for forty five minutes! We eventually had to catch one of the airport taxis at a cost of fifthteen pounds.
It's location close to the airport, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. It is also very clean and quite comfortable, very quiet. Despite the fact that there there seemed to be at least one business seminar in residence, there was no problem with noise. I would stay there again.
Did not bring my own laptop which became a problem. While a 24-hour access card is available for use with hotel's own computer, it does not give you 24 hours- one use of several minutes was all it was valid for, could not log on again later the same day as it was 'out of credit'. The hotel staff were very helpful in trying to solve the problem and refunded the cost- not their fault, but that of the provider.
The cleanliness of the rooms, the attention of the staff, especially in the restaurant and the helpfulness of the duty manager who arranged to store my boxed medication(Subcutaneous injection) in the kitchens' refridgerator over-night.
I was impressed. Though I found the receptionist lack of fluent English very difficult to understand.
Rooms very modern and clean.
I was expecting to use the gymn as it was advertises but was told that only certain member companies could use it.
Staff cat was amazing and provided outstanding service.
Dinner: busy, short staff and lack of staff training or not the best staff to be around. Food was ok though.
Price and close to Gatwick. Simple accommodation is all that I required.
Would be great if Premier Inn offered healthy grab and go options instead of fry ups or chocolate muffins! Some fruit and muesli or a piece of toast would have encouraged me to stay for breakfast.
Friendly, comfortable and functional.
It was a little noisey outside the window--with cars arriving and departing. However, only a little.
The staff was very attentive when we arrived and check-in went very smoothly. I was only there for one night and the purpose of my stay was I was departing from Gatwick Airport the next morning so the location and having a shuttle bus was well worth it. Should the opportunity arise where I need to stay close to the airport I will definitely book here again. Cheryl Harris
As the hotel was very busy the night we were there, (May 20), I had to actually go down to the front desk with any questions as I could not get through on the room phone. Other than that everything was great!
Hotel staff were helpful and checking in and out was very efficient. The room was smart anad modern and we had everything we needed. Good price for a Gatwick hotel and a comfortable stay.
